in which case it's called a campervan.

Every boxing day mum, dad, 2 of my sisters, my brother and I would pack up one of those and go somewhere..

Yeah.. but it was actually a ute, with a caravan slapped onto its tray and tied on precariously...

what I'm saying is.. there's a difference. A caravan has wheels of its own. A campervan is supposed to go on the back of a ute.

A Caravan has its own wheels... and is towed.

A Campervan is a 'van' as in a self contained camping van. Usually with a roof that pops up to allow you to stand in it.

A Motorhome, has basically a small truck built into the front of it...

... this was a caravan, on the back of a ute - which doesn't really fit under any of the above. The tray of the ute was still there, unlike that of a motorhome where it's been replaced with a carvan.

Hahaaaa I win!
